Joan BRADLEY Obituary

Passed away peacefully on February 10, 2025, at Winara Care Home, Waikanae, aged 91 years. Loved wife of Owen (deceased), and much loved mum and mother-in-law of Stephen and Elena, Russell and Rochelle, Lynette and Graham and Diane. Also loved nana and great-grandma, special aunty and dear sister. A funeral service will be held at Waikanae Funeral Home, 17 - 21 Parata Street, Waikanae at 2.00pm on Monday, February 17.

Joan was an inspiring woman and a wonderful wife, mother, Nana and friend to many. I enjoyed the lunches and other occasions that I spent with her at Picnic Cafe. She was feisty and fierce when standing up for workers rights. Always up for a laugh and a great party animal in her heyday. RIP Joan

Passed away February 10, 2025, peacefully at Winara Care Home, Waikanae. Dearly loved sister and sister-in-law of Bruce and Jos Allen (both dec), Merle and Jim Mills (both dec), Janice (dec), Jill and Peter Cooper (both dec), Pam and the late Rodney Ewen, Pat (Bunny) and the late Brian Perkins. Loved by all her nieces and nephews. Will be sadly missed.
