Barrar family, Sympathies again! Whlie looking up more to try to reconnect with the Barrar family I learned that your mother passed away only five months ago. So sorry. May God give you comfort. When my last parent died the feeling washed over me "Now I am an orphan." You probably had the same feeling. My daughter and I were blessed to meet and have delightful visits with your parents at the SDB church in Christchurch in 2007. I sure would like to re-establish contact with the Barrar family and the church. My e-mail address is [email protected]. God bless you, John Lemley, Vancouver, WA 98660, USA

We are sad to learn of the passing of Joan. We shared happy afternoon teas in Motukarara for many years. We will always fondly remember granny Joan and Daniel. RIP, with love from The Costin family.
