Dear Rendall Family, Please accept my sincerest condolences for your sudden loss of Jo. As her massage therapist I got to know her quite well over the years. I always admired Jo for her zest for life and her kindness and compassion towards others. I am stricken by her sudden illness and death and cannot begin to imagine what you must feel like at this moment. Jo's life got tragically cut short, however it was a full life from what I can see and this is something we can learn to be grateful for. I am also glad that Jo was able to pass away in the circle of her family and was spared the sadness of a slow death in a hospice. My thoughts are with you. Kindest regards from Verena
