Our sincere sympathy to you all. Jill was a wonderful parishioner of Somme St Parish. She contributed a great deal to our parish community. She was a great organiser and could always be relied on to come up with great innovative ideas. We enjoyed our time working with her on various projects. We have a great photo of Jim in his little boat. The two of them made a great team. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.
May she now rest in peace with Jim.

Dear Lewis and all Jill´s other descendants,
My deepest sympathy in the loss of your dear mother, grandmother and great grandmother. I treasure her memory and the creativity she brought to parish life. She had the gift of inspiring others into cooperating in bringing her ideas to life. Who else could have had a group of women crawling about the floor of the Cathedral of the Blessed Sacrament decorating a large wooden cross to be suspended above the High Altar? Who else persuaded a non craftsperson like myself to work on a stall for St Bedes rowing?
Rest In Peace, dear Jill.
