Jeffrey GRACE Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Jeff on April 13, 2025, aged 69 years. Much loved husband of Lynne; father and father-in-law of Nicki and Richard; step-dad of Matt, Liv, Sam and Jen; and Grandad/Jar-jar of Wave, Evie, Connor and Lily; brother and brother-in-law of John and Joan, Pat and Helen, Bernie and Jacinta, and the late Richard; and special uncle to all his nieces and nephews.
We will always love and treasure you.
Sincere thanks to all the staff and carers of Nurse Maude Hospice, Healthcare District Nursing and Ward 19, Christchurch Hospital, for their exceptional care of Jeff. I have been one of Jeff's friends for over 50 years. Jeff was the epitome of a decent man. Honest, reliable, quietly helpful, with a sense of humour that never relied on denigrating anyone, and above all a staunch friend to us all.
