Jeff HUNT Obituary

After the most courageous and strong fight, on Sunday, November 2, 2025, you sadly lost the battle. Loved son of Max and Marg Hunt (deceased). Brother of Steven (deceased), and Danny and Jude. Absolutely adored partner of Sharon. Loved Dad of Lilly and Step-Dad of Chelise and Bryce (Australia), and Koby and Chloe. Thank you to all the staff at Christchurch Hospital and Nurse Maude for the most amazing love, care and support you gave to Jeff. A service for Jeff will be held on the grounds of Ouruhia Hall, 225 Guthries Road, on Friday, November 7, at 1.00pm. Private cremation thereafter.

Rest easy and fly free.

Well Jethro growing up as a mate of yours in Belfast sure was interesting. We had some times, good and bad, funny and sad, death defying, crazy and outrageous. We shared a lot, rugger, parties fights, girls....well I wont go into that. You made life in the village eventful. Everyone has a " Hunty " story. RIP.
