Jason PROCTER Obituary

Hello Chris Matt and Taylor
My sincere sympathies to you all on the passing of Jason.
I was a friend of Donna's and I had been wondering for some time if Donna had passed away as we had re connected a few years ago in Christchurch after she recognized me at a Cafe. I knew she was sick but until I watched Jason's funeral I didn't know for sure that she has passed away.
We were friends at Te Miro primary school. We moved away and reconnected a few times after that.
I visited the farm in Winchester with my husband and baby in 1996.
Then didn't see her again until 2017 if my memory serves me right.
We also stayed at the house in Twisel. Which was amazing.
I am so pleased that I could feel some connection to Donna and your family albeit through a very sad occasion.
I hope you are all doing ok as you continue on the journey through grief.

Our sincere condolences to you Taylor, Matt and Chris. We had certainly lost touch with where you all were and were very concerned when we heard the message from Jamie. Our thoughts are with you all. I certainly have memories of the quiet, smiling talented young lad at basketball with a very cheeky sense of fun

I worked with Jason at Aikmans years ago. So shocking and saddening to find out about this. He was such a fun guy to say the least and it was always a good time hanging out with him. My sincerest condolences to the family and those close to him.
