Jason COWAN Obituary
COWAN, Jason Lindsay:
Peacefully, on Thursday, November 2, 2017, at Christchurch Hospital, aged 48 years. Taken much too soon after a courageous and stoic struggle. So very much loved and adored partner of Vicki (Christchurch). Much loved and admired eldest son of proud Lorraine Cowan (Greymouth), and Garry Cowan (Christchurch). Best friend, soulmate and big brother of Tyler Cowan (Christchurch). Special uncle of Shaun, and Shaan Cowan (Christchurch), and great-uncle of Tiare, and Mia Cowan (Christchurch). A loved nephew, cousin and friend to many. Lastly and most importantly awesome dad to Jade.

They say "only the good die young", that is definitely the case here.
This man and his
beautiful soul will be greatly missed.

A Celebration of Jason's life will be held in the John Rhind Chapel, entry from London and Whitmore Streets, Richmond, on Saturday, November 4, at 10.00am.

I worked with Jason many years ago at Dean & Associates in Oamaru. He was a great guy to work with, and I will always remember his cheeky smile. My condolences to his family.

So sorry to hear of your loss Lorraine. We are thinking of you at this sad time and am sorry we can't be with you. As on has fought a long and hard battle. You should be proud of him and his achievements.
