Passed away unexpectedly at home on Monday, January 1, 2018. Beloved daughter of Martha, loved mum to Marea, James, Mark, Shaun, Rhys, Angelina, Duane, Francesca, and Ariana (deceased), much loved Nana to Ryan, and Tylah, and all her other many grandchildren, loved sister of Patricia, Peter, Sam (deceased), and Nicholas. A Celebration of Jan's life will be held in our Crematorium Chapel, 65 Vickerys Road, Wigram on Monday, January 8, at 2.00pm.
