Dearest Helen, John, Andrew and Nadia,
I was so very sad and sorry to hear that your darling Jane has died.
I am sending our condolences and deepest sympathies from myself and Jacqui.
We have lit candles for Jane, and will continue to do so for the next days, and send our loving thoughts to be with you all at her funeral and beyond.
