I had the privilege of working with Jane during our time at the Ministry of Justice. She was not only a dedicated and capable colleague but also a genuinely kind and thoughtful person. I will always remember her calm presence, her sense of fairness, and the small moments of kindness she shared with everyone around her. My deepest condolences to her family and friends - Jane will be missed and remembered with great affection.

She was my colleague at Justice many years ago when I first arrived to Wellington and she always helped me in many ways. I still remember her interest in Roller Derby and the good books she gave me for a read.

Very sad to hear about Jane's passing and sorry that we missed this. I shared this with the team at the Ministry of Justice and there were too many good memories to share. Jane might have left MOJ but her memory and work has and will always continue to live on - she is missed.
