Jane Frances BROCKIE

Jane BROCKIE Obituary

On July 5, 2023, peacefully at Christchurch Hospital surrounded by her family, in her 75th year. Dearly loved wife of the late Jim, loved mother and mother-in-law of Trevor and Sarah, and Jude and Jeremy. A cherished grandma/nana to her grandchildren and extra special grandma to her great-grandchildren, and friend to many. Thank you to the staff at the Oaks Care Centre and Village for their love, care and support of Jane during her stay, Flowers receptively declined, however donations to the Society of St Vincent de Paul, in Jane's name can be made at her service. The Mass will be celebrated in the St Bernadette's Catholic Church, 76 Hei Hei Road, on Wednesday, July 12, 2023, at 10.30am, followed by a private cremation.

We were so very sorry to hear of Janes passing. I used to have wee chats when I visited my mum, June across the hall. I very much enjoyed getting to know your mum and the friendship she had with my own mum.
Condolences to you all at this very hard time.
Both my mum and I will always have a warm smile
when we think of Jane and the friendship we had with her.
