James YOUNG Obituary

Passed away peacefully in Nelson, on Saturday, July 26, 2025. Jim fought valiantly over the past few years and is now at peace. Adored and loved husband of Jan, devoted dad of Simon and Michelle, Megan and Phil, Chris and Bex. Loved son of the late Doug and June, loved brother and brother-in-law of the late Bill, the late Geoff, and Trish, Andrew and Sandra, and brother in-law of the Reid family. A respected uncle of all his nieces and nephews.

A master, teacher and lover of music who inspired many musio's and students, and a friend to many.

A service to celebrate Jim where he will take center stage one last time will be held in the Old Barn at the Honest Lawyer, 1 Point Road, Monaco, Nelson, on Friday, August 8 at 2.00pm.
