James Warren Obituary

James Michael Warren Sr., age 73, of Warsaw, passed away Friday, Oct. 24, 2025, at Capital Regent Hospital, Jefferson City. He was born Feb. 22, 1952, in Kansas City, the son of Benjamin and Helen (Poe) Warren. He had served in the U.S. Army and had operated his own plumbing business for several years.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Benjamin and Helen Warren, and eight siblings.
Survivors include his son, James Warren Jr (Danielle) of Urbana; three daughters, Roxann Warren of Eldon, Bobbie Gaus of St. Augustine, Florida, Uneeda Weber (Kris) of Maize, Kansas; a brother, Randy Warren of Kansas City; two sisters, Brenda Seevers of Warsaw, and Vicky Dowler of Bathes City; 12 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
Graveside services were Tuesday, Oct. 28, at Dooly Bend Cemetery, Wheatland, with James Warren Jr. officiating under the direction of Hathaway-Peterman Funeral Home, Wheatland.
