On September 18, 2023, peacefully at Bellevue Village, aged 87 years. Beloved husband of Kate, father of Mark, and Jonathan, father-in-law of Jenny, and Delwyn, loved Pappa of Jessica, James, Annabel, Amelia, and Joshua, great-grandfather to Oliver, loved brother, uncle, and friend to many. Messages may be addressed to The Family of the late Jim Phillips, c/- PO Box 39001, Christchurch 8545. The funeral service in celebration of Jim's life will be held in our Westpark Chapel, 467 Wairakei Road, Burnside, on Friday, September 22, at 2.00pm.

Kate and family, my deepest sympathies and condolences, and my thoughts are with you at this time. So sad. I especially loved my times chatting with Jim about all thing automotive, and particularly the very special cars throughout his life. I will treasure those memories.
