MAHER, James John (John):
On March 23, 2016, at Wairau Hospital, Blenheim. Aged 86 years. Dearly loved husband of Tess. A loved father and father-in-law of Kathleen Maher, Anne Smith, Cushla and John Dorey, James and Michelle Maher. A loved Grandad of Jeremy, Ben, Ryan; Ciaran, Emma, Hannah; Joseph, Matthew and Amy. Messages to Unit 12A, Springlands Lifestyle Village, 5 Battys Road, Blenheim 7201. In lieu of flowers, a donation to Marlborough Riding for the Disabled, c/- PO Box 4051, Redwood Village, Blenheim 7240, would be appreciated, or may be made at the service. A Requiem Mass will be celebrated at St Mary's Catholic Church, Maxwell Road, Blenheim, on Tuesday, March 29, at 1.00pm, followed by interment at the Omaka No. 2 Cemetery. A Rosary will be recited at the church on Monday night at 5.30pm.
