Leonie, Kieran, Mark, Janine, and Trish would like to thank Father Chris Friel, Fathers Dan, Jolly, and Ben, for the Requiem Mass. Thank you to all those who travelled, St John Ambulance for their care and support. Thanks to Dr Simon Scholz, nurses, and office staff for their care and kindness at Wai-iti House Medical Centre. Thanks to Timaru Hospital Urology Dept, Kate, Polly, and Sha, and Doctors from Christchurch. Thank you for the cards, messages, flowers, baking and meals. Thanks to Galbraith Funeral Services for their support. Please accept this as a personal acknowledgement.
