DOWNIE, James Gall:
On Wednesday, July 25, 2018, passed away peacefully at Christchurch Hospital after a short illness, aged 82 years. Loving soulmate of 61 years to Janice, father and father-in-law to Megan, Christopher, and Lee. Loving poppa to Emily, Kento, Riley, and Erin. Messages may be addressed to the Downie Family, C/- 19 London Street, Christchurch 8013. In lieu of flowers donations to St John would be appreciated and can be made online at bit.ly/jgdownie2507 or at the service. A Celebration of James' life will be held in the John Rhind Chapel, entry from London and Whitmore Streets, Richmond, on Tuesday, July 31, at 10.00am.
