Died suddenly, loved husband of Winifred. Loved father and father-in-law of Andrew Cooke (dec), Carol and Tony Webb, Lynn and Martin Brice, Constance and Shane O'Brien. Loved granddad of Eleisha and Jessica Webb, and Verity Alice and Lilah Rose O'Brien. In accordance with Jack's wishes, a private cremation will be held.
