Isabell LINTON Obituary

Passed away peacefully at home, on Wednesday, July 30, 2025, aged 92 years. Only daughter of the late Robert and Ethel Linton, loved family member of Colin Carlile, Robin, and John Harrington, and godmother of Susan Ryburn, Phillippa List, and Grant Munro. A special thanks to St John, NZ Fire Brigade, and NZ Police for their service. Messages may be addressed to: The family of the late Isabell Linton, c/- PO Box 39001, Christchurch 8545. A service for Isabell will be held in the New Brighton Union Church, 24 Union Street, New Brighton, on Thursday, August 7, at 2.30pm.

We have only just heard about Isobel´s death. We are devastated that we missed her service as we have known her for many years through her involvement with The Burwood Day Care Centre for the elderly that she saw the need for while still Matron of Burwood Hospital. Our sincere sympathy from Brent & Judith and all at the Daycare Centre.
