Iris ROWE Obituary
Passed peacefully with her loving family at her side at Charles Upham Retirement Village on Wednesday, March 15, 2017. Much loved wife and companion of Colin for 63 years, loved mother and mother-in-law of Graham and Debra, Kelvin, Bryan and Shona, Marty and Joanne. Cherished Nana Iris to Anna, Daniel, Amy and Liam, Stephanie, Matthew and Mitchell. Many thanks to the wonderful staff at the Charles Upham Village who cared for Iris and who looked after and supported the family so well through her last hours. We were blown away by your care and compassion. Special thanks to the staff at the Kaiapoi Medical Centre, Nurse Maude and St John Ambulance. The service for Iris will be held on Tuesday, March 21, at 2.00pm, at the Northbrook Chapel, Rossburn Receptions, Spark Lane (off Northbrook Road), Rangiora. A private cremation will follow. In lieu of flowers donations to St John Ambulance will be appreciated and can be made at the service. Messages to 76 Main Road, Woodend 7610, [email protected].

Thinking of you all at this sad time. It was great to catch up when we came home at Christmas. Aunty Iris was a special lady who we will miss but we will hold her in our hearts forever. Sorry we can't make it back for the funeral but we will be there in spirit.
