Ian SPEAKMAN Obituary

Passed away at Te Nikau Grey Hospital after a courageous battle, on March 11, 2026, aged 77. Dearly loved husband of Maria for 54 years, loved dad and father-in-law of Glenn and Louise, and Wayne and Reanna, cherished 'Poppa' of Lance, and Rex; and Jacob, and Lucas, loved son of the late Norman and Jean, loved brother and brother-in-law of John (deceased) and Diane, loved brother-in-law of Rosa and the late Bill Koch, John and Liz Zampese, Louie and Merri Zampese, and Francis and Lyn Zampese, a much loved and respected uncle, cousin, and a friend of many. A Funeral Service to celebrate Ian's life will be held in the William Sampson Memorial Chapel, Tainui Street, Greymouth, on Monday at 11.00am, followed by cremation on the Coast at the Westland Crematorium.
