MARRIOTT, Ian Thomas:
Passed away peacefully after a short illness in Christchurch Hospital on June 12th, 2022 one day before his 77th birthday. Dearly loved husband and best friend of Sabine. Much loved father and father-in-law of Sheldon and Janine and specially loved granddad to Keely-Rose and Bradley. Caring father to Darren. Heartfelt gratitude to the Little River Fire Brigade, the staff at Christchurch Hospital Bone Marrow Transplant Unit and to friends and neighbours. As per Ian's wishes a private cremation will be held.

So sorry to hear this sad news. Our thoughts are with you Sabine & all the family at this sad time. We got to know Ian when his son Sheldon married our niece Janine & while we were living in NZ. He will be greatly missed by them & his grandchildren. We hope that all the happy memories you made together will help you through this difficult time
