Peacefully at Holmwood Rest Home on Tuesday, October 18, 2016. In his 94th year. Loved husband of the late Freda. Father and father-in-law of Barrie and Fay, Lynette and Ross Harper, Suzanne and Grant Ilton, and Tania and Geoff Tylee-Porter. Grandad and great-grandad of Laura, Ben and Felix Ford, Meredith Scott, Freddy and Sophia Sunckell; Nicola, Robbie, and Jacob Westland; Aimee, Tony, Bradley, and Blake Devine; Scott Ilton and Natalia; Russell Ilton and Janice; Gemma Ilton, Julian, and Freda Stribling, and Chelsea Gilchrist. Special thanks to Dr Rex Yule, Amberley Medical Centre, Amberley Rest Home, Christchurch and Burwood Hospitals and Holmwood Rest Home. No flowers by request.
