Hendrika Odilia (Rita):
Passed away on Thursday, September 28, 2017, at Chatswood Hospital. Aged 83 years. Dearly loved wife of the late Bernardus, loved mother and mother-in-law of John and Debbie, Ben and Karina, and Rita and David. Loved Oma of Carl, and Carly; Jayden, and Aleesha; Ginney, and Troy and great-Oma to Kailan, Cooper and Jonty. Messages to the van der Velden family C/- PO Box 10345, Christchurch 8145. A service to celebrate Rita's life, will be held in the Ferry Park Chapel, 297 Ferry Road, on Wednesday, October 4, 2017, at 11.00am.

Thank you for sharing your life with us

It is hard to know that you are gone, but you will not be forgotten.

We remember the fun times that we shared with you. Your happy smile or a loving hug In your loving embrace we felt loved and snug.

We know it was your time to go but we will miss you so.

Our cup is full we have so many memories we got to share. It will make losing you easier to bear.
