Helen VERMEULEN Obituary
On Sunday, April 11, 2021, Helen passed away peacefully at Nurse Maude Hospice, aged 64 years. Loved wife and soulmate of John, cherished and adored mother and mother-in-law of Michael and Angela, Elyse and Ralph, the most amazing grandma of Xavier, wonderful sister and sister-in-law of Linda and Graeme, David and Heather, Viv and Ford, Anna and John, and loved by all her nieces, nephews, and friends. Special thanks to the Nurse Maude Hospice staff who cared for Helen over the past months. Your support, compassion and care has been invaluable. In lieu of flowers, Helen's wish was for donations to be made at the service to Nurse Maude Hospice. A Service to celebrate Helen's life will be held in our Westpark Chapel, 467 Wairakei Road, Burnside, on Friday, April 16, at 2.00pm. Private cremation thereafter. Its so sad that Helen has been taken too soon, I've worked with her for 24 years in the High Court and thankful she was part of my work family.
