On December 16, 2025, at Christchurch Hospital, after a short illness, aged 81 years. Dearly loved sister and sister-in-law of Richard and Margaret, Simon and Carolyn, and Virginia, and loved aunty of Sam, Olivia, and Marcus; Chris, Pete, and Charlotte. Messages may be addressed to: The family of the late Helen Spencer-Bower, c/- PO Box 70, Wanaka 9343. A service to celebrate Helen's life will be held at Wai-mana, 92 Kippenberger Avenue, Rangiora, on Monday, December 22, at 10.30am.

Dear Family
My name is Annette Gallaher I was Helen's Personal Trainer at City Fitness for over 20years.
I'm completely saddened by reading Helen's obituary recently I wish to offer my condolences to her beloved family. I will miss meeting with Helen on a weekly basis, and assisting her with rehabilitation. I also will miss her friendship and hugs Bless you beautiful lady. xxx
