Dear Family
My name is Annette Gallaher I was Helen's Personal Trainer at City Fitness for over 20years.
I'm completely saddened by reading Helen's obituary recently I wish to offer my condolences to her beloved family. I will miss meeting with Helen on a weekly basis, and assisting her with rehabilitation. I also will miss her friendship and hugs Bless you beautiful lady. xxx

Dear Ginny, Richard & Margie, Simon & Carolyn and Family. It was with the greatest of sadness that we learned of Helen's passing. She was such a lovely person and a dear friend.
