You know those people you meet for the first time and it's like you have known them for ever . Helen for me was one of those. Her energy and enthusiasm plus everything she was involved in benefiting. But it was more than that. She was remarkable in more ways than words could say. Her super power was accepting you the way you are no matter what .
Travel safe my friend in tbe arms of the angels . RIP Helen ,sending love to Kate and extended family Heather.

My Love and thoughts are with Helen's Family at this sad time.
We loved having Helen in our CanMove Exercise Sessions. Helen always gave everything a go and we loved her visit for a cuppa only a couple of weeks ago.

My deepest condolences to Helen´s family, especially John.

I met Helen as a fellow parent through Brackenridge and later served with her on the Family Advisory Board for many years. Helen and John were tireless advocates for their daughter and for other children with special needs. Even after John fell ill, Helen continued this work with incredible dedication.

She was generous with her knowledge, always ready to listen, and a caring friend to many. I will miss her and am deeply saddened by the loss of such a wonderful person.
