Helen LEACH Obituary

Of Dunedin. On January 23, 2026, at George Manning Lifecare, Christchurch, aged 80. Beloved mother of Katie Leach (Australia), birth-mother of Janey Thomas (Amberley), stepmother of Penny Leach (Germany), nana of Sophie Leach (Australia), sister of Mary Browne (Christchurch) and Nancy Tichborne (deceased). The family extends their heartfelt thanks to the caregivers and staff of Somerfield House and George Manning Lifecare Christchurch for their compassionate care and kindness shown to Helen throughout her years in care. A memorial service will be held in Dunedin in the first week of February; all welcome. Service details will be posted on facebook.com/helen.leach.526
