Heather SHAW Obituary

Died on Saturday, September 20, 2025. Dearly beloved wife of the late John Godfrey Shaw, and much loved mother of Andrew, Jane, Prudence, and the late Timothy. Treasured sister of Alistair, and loved mother-in-law of Tracy, Vicki, and Doug. Adored Grandma and Gar of Caitlin, Georgia, and Alexandra Shaw, Josh, Kane, and Benjamin Thomson, and Amelia Shaw. A funeral service for Heather will be held at St Peter's Anglican Church, 23 Yaldhurst Road, Upper Riccarton, with parking available from 22 Main South Road entrance, on Friday, September 26, at 1.00pm.

Dear Jane and family,

It´s been a real privilege to plan so many of Heather´s adventures with you. She was an adventurous, lovely lady - well-travelled and always making the most of her time away, forever excited for the next journey. I´ll remember her warmth and the way she made every trip feel special. I´m so sorry for your loss. Thinking of you all and wishing you comfort in the memories of a life so beautifully lived.
