Heather BARNETT Obituary

On May 31, 2025, passed away peacefully, surrounded by family at Rhodes on Cashmere, in her 90th year. Dearly loved wife of the late Leslie. Much loved and respected mother and mother-in-law of Robin and Judith, Alastair and Carey, treasured and adored Nana of Caitlin, Fergus, and Jasmine; Jennifer, and Honor. Beloved sister and sister-in-law of the late John and Pat Macfarlane, and the late Thirza and Doug Allan, loved aunty of her nieces and nephews. Heartfelt thanks to the Rhodes on Cashmere staff for their compassionate and loving care of Heather. A service to celebrate Heather's life will be held in the Lakeside Soldiers Memorial Hall, 164 Harts Road, Leeston, on Monday, June 9 at 11.00am, private interment thereafter.
