HOPGOOD, Hazel Mayville:
Noel and his family would like to thank all those family and friends for their kindness and support following the sudden loss of Hazel. Thank you for all the cards, flowers, e-mails and phone messages. There were so many cards and a book-full of funeral attendees that unfortunately Noel will take forever in replying. Please accept this notice as one of sincere gratitude and acknowledgement from us all. Special thanks to the St John Ambulance personnel, the Christchurch Hospital staff at both E&A and AAMU units for their kindness during the short time Hazel was there.
