Gregor HUGHES Obituary

On September 8, 2023, peacefully but suddenly at Burwood Hospital, after a short illness. Dearly loved husband of Elaine (Ann) for 64years. Much loved dad of Joanne and Michael, Paul and Nadine and the late Terryl, and father-in-law of Kim, and John. Cherished "Poppa" of Natasha, Katie, Mark, and Liam, treasured Great-Grand "Poppa" of Lochie, Sadie, Frankie, Jeremiah, Scarlett, Imogen, and Gussie. Loved brother and brother-in-law of Dawn and Jim and the late Melville, Graham (dec) and Colleen, and the late Helen and Ian. Loved and respected brother-in-law of the Bell family, uncle and friend to many. A special thanks to the Staff at Burwood. Messages may be sent to the Hughes family c/- PO Box 263, Kaiapoi 7466. A Service to celebrate Greg's life will be held in the Kaiapoi Rugby Rooms, Smith Street, Kaiapoi, on Friday, September 15, at 1.00pm.
