Graham MACFARLANE Obituary

Sadly, our much-loved brother and uncle left us on March 17, 2025, in his 90th year, in Sydney, Australia. Eldest son of Dorothy and Jack Macfarlane. Cherished brother of Roger (California), Julie Browne, the late Virginia Lewis, and the late Ashley. Loved brother-in-law of the late Philippa Macfarlane Thorne (Oregon), the late Elizabeth Few (California), the late Malcolm Browne, the late Eddie Lewis, and Christine Macfarlane. Much loved uncle of Angela, Nicola, Ashton, Melanie, Heidi, the late Tony, Heath, Josie, and Emma. Graham was a kind and thoughtful gentleman who will be remembered as a lover of plants. Roger has fond and enduring memories of growing up with Graham in Dunedin and Rangiora, exploring their environments, looking for native plants and curating their cactus collections. Julie treasures her memories of her visits to Sydney to see him.
