Graham HENDERSON Obituary

On August 23, 2024, Graham passed at home, with his daughter by his side. Treasured husband of the late Patricia Henderson (née Oakley). Precious father to Diana and Kevin (Northland), and Catherine and Kevin (West Melton). Adored big brother of Vivienne ("Bibbins") and Lindsay McIsaac (Wellington). Granddad to Bridget and Zane, and Great-Granddad to Lilly, Georgie and Theo. Graham managed his illnesses with positivity, perseverance and courage. Community was of prime importance to Graham. He wanted to remain in his sanctuary, and his community enabled that. Special thanks to you all, in particular, the Darfield District Nurses. Messages may be addressed to: The family of the late Graham Henderson, PO Box 39001, Christchurch 8545. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Darfield District Nurses or the Darfield MenzShed. Graham's funeral service will be held at Trinity Church, Darfield, on August 31 at 2.00pm. Reverend Paul Morrow, Chaplain St Andrew's College Christchurch, officiating.
