Gladys MATTHEWS Obituary

Passed away peacefully and unexpectedly at her home on March 24, 2026, aged 69. Loved mother of Natasha and Joseph. Former partner of Turoia (Roy), and later Des. Mother-in-law to Lyal and Louise, and Nan to Tuia, Ātea, and Mabel. Treasured sister of Joyce, Murray, Eleanor, Arthur, Josephine and Willie. A service to celebrate her life will be held at the Papanui Spiritual Centre, 150 Harewood Road, Christchurch, on Thursday, April 9, 2026, at 11.00am.
