On Monday, September 9, 2024. In his 83rd year. Dearly loved husband and best friend of Janet (Jan) for over 60 years. Loved father and father-in-law of Jonathan; David; Andrew and Andrea; Elizabeth and Kevin Manson; Priscilla and Roy McEwan; Stephen and Nicola; Rachael and Dave Tisch-Lienert. Much loved Poppa of Jack, Ellen and Luke; Becky; James, Daniel, Sam and Lydia; Ben, Sam and Tom Manson; Keni, Elle, Isaac, Jules, Livi and Jonny McEwan; Joshua, Millie and Harrison; Bella, Lucy and Maddie Tisch-Lienert. Also their spouses. Loved Poppa of his great-grandchildren Hazel; Joel; William and Harper; Arav; and Noah. Brother to Roger.

Absent from the body,
at Home with the Lord.

Messages may be addressed to the family of the Late Gerald Tisch, c/- Hope Funerals Christchurch, 27 Amyes Road, Hornby, Christchurch 8042. A private cremation has been held. A service of Thanksgiving and Celebration for Gerald will be held at Spreydon Baptist Church, on Friday, October 11 at 2.00pm. In lieu of flowers, gifts may be made to The Bible Society NZ and World Vision at the service.

Sending love and heart felt sympathy to family.Gerald conducted our marriage almost 50 years ago at St John's Woolston and was also our pastor at Linwood Baptist.We remember him with love and respect.
