MILLER. - The Memorial Service to celebrate the life of Mr David John (Jack) Miller will be held at Epping Presbyterian Church, 773 High St, Epping (enter off Houston St) on MONDAY (June 20, 2011) commencing at 1.00 p.m. A private family Cremation Service will be held prior to the Memorial Service. No flowers by request Donations to the Heart Foundation would be appreciated. Envelopes will be available at the Church.
