George ROGERSON Obituary

On December 23, 2025, peacefully at Christchurch Hospital; aged 84 years. Dearly loved husband of Esmey, much loved father and father-in-law of Karen and Richard Nimmo; Michele Stewart; and George and Ange Rogerson. A loved Grandad of Joshua and Willian Nimmo; Zachary Hippolite; Paige (Mike) and Jake Rogerson. Loved son of the late George and Dorothy Rogerson, beloved brother of the late Noel Rogerson, the late Helen Doran, and the late Diane Grant. The family would like to thank the wonderful staff of Ward 16, Christchurch Hospital and also St John for their care of George. Messages for the Rogerson family c/- 1/12 Darroch Street, Belfast, Christchurch 8051. A Private Cremation has taken place and a Memorial Service date to be advised at a later date.

Yes worked with George when he was working for Line Haul Freighters and TNL he was a gentleman who never got upset and just got on and done his work.
Young George also worked there and Angie his wife worked in the office, thoughts are with the family at this sad time

We knew George through Kaiapoi Bowling Club and exercise group at Belfast and what a lovely man. We had such a lot of fun together and he just loved being with us all. Will really miss him. Thoughts are with family
