George JULIUS Obituary

Passed away peacefully at Pohlen Hospital Matamata, on Friday, 6 September 2024. Aged 91 years. Devoted husband of the late Nyrene (nee Silson). Loved father of Debra and Martin, the late Craig, and Grant. Proud Gangga of 3 grandchildren. A special thanks for the wonderful care and compassion at Waikato Hospital and Pohlen Hospital. In honour of Mal, please consider donating to the Pohlen Foundation Trust, donations may be made online at pohlen.co.nz A Memorial Service to celebrate Mal's life will be advised at a later date. Fond memories of my Uncle Mal who always took interest in what everyone was up to and kept in touch .
Was so glad we had time with you on our recent road trip and staying with you reminiscing family and good times .

A very sad time, we have lost the last male of his generation in our family. A true gentlemen, a loving husband, dad, grandad, son inlaw, brother-in-law and uncle to our family. Mal was the best boss you could ever have had. Learnt alot from him, at super value supermarket in matamata.
