Died peacefully at Christchurch Hospital on January 3, 2026. Loved son of Raymond and Mabel. Dearly loved husband of Jennie. Adored father and father-in-law of Julie and Richard, Prue, Melanie and Phil, and Steve. Dearly loved brother of Jane (late) and Kaye. Much loved grandfather of Jessica, Henry, Ellen, Abbey, Harrison, Dylan, and Ava. Former husband of Marge. Stepfather of Nikki, Penny and Guy. An informal gathering will be held at the HSOB rugby clubrooms, 10 Riccarton Ave, Christchurch on Sunday, January 11, 2026, at 2.00pm. All welcome. A private interment will follow.
