DAVIES, George Wilson:
Unexpectedly at Christchurch Hospital surrounded by family on Sunday, December 3, 2017, aged 79 years. Dearly loved husband of Heather. Much loved father and father-in-law of Raewyn and David Stamp (Wellington), Ruth Pelet (Dunedin), James and Bronwyn (Timaru). Much loved George and grandad of Peter, and Daniel; Naomi, and William; Isaac, and Jared. Brother and brother-in-law of June and Max Dunn, Beverley McLean, Ross and Liz Girvan, Shirley and Bob Stawasz. A memorial service celebrating George's life will be held at Aoraki Funeral Services Chapel, 160 Mountain View Road, Timaru, on Saturday, December 9, 2017 at 1.30pm. In lieu of flowers donations to Ranui House, Christchurch will be gratefully accepted and may be left at the service. Messages to Villa 45, 1 Pages Road, Marchwiel, Timaru 7910.
