Died peacefully on November 8, 2023 at Christchurch Hospital, in his 91st year. Devoted husband and best friend of Gwendoline, loving father and father-in-law of Liz & Ross, Jenny & Michael, and John; adored grandad of Georgi, Andrew & Sophia, Simon, Elise, Liz & Michael, Jack, Annie & Marc, and Louise; special great grandad to Norah, Lily, Macy, and Arch. Close and respected brother of Jim and the late Jean, and Kath and John. A funeral service to celebrate Martin's life will be held Wednesday, 15 November, at St Martin's Presbyterian Church, 43 St Martin's Road, commencing at 11am.
