WARD, Geoffrey John:
It is with great sadness that Lynn and Tim announce the sudden passing of Geoff, on December 29, 2015, at Christchurch Hospital, 6 days short of his 63rd birthday. Special thanks to Dr Mann, Greers Rd Medical, St Winifred's Hospital, Nurse Maude and Christchurch Hospital for the care of Geoff in the last 14 months.
Free from pain
In lieu of flowers, donations to any of the above would be well received. As were Geoff's
wishes, a private cremation
has taken place and family only gathering. Messages to PO Box 20062, Bishopdale 8053.
