SCHOLES, Geoffrey Blakey:
Passed away peacefully in Reefton Hospital, on January 25, 2016, in his 82nd year. Loved husband and sweetheart of Wilma, loved father and father-in-law of Hilary (Nelson), Debbie and Bill Gilroy (Kaikoura), and Geoffrey (Christchurch), loved poppy of Shannon, Zane, Nicholas, Latasha, Jessica, and Alisa, loved great-poppy of Skyla, Ruby, and Zoe, loved brother and brother-in-law of David and Chrissy, Richard, and the late Brenda, and a loved uncle, cousin and friend of many. Messages to 49 Shiel Street, Reefton 7830. A Service to celebrate Geoff's life will be held in the Reefton Union Church, on Friday at 1.00pm, followed by cremation in Greymouth at the Westland Crematorium.

To add to my sisters (Marilyn ) message. Lots of memories of Geoff from when he arrived and started working at M.S.Motors many years ago. His trumpet performance on the roof was also Noel & mine engagement party night. Lots of Happy Memories. My thoughts are with his family. Aleyne Woolf

sorry to here of Geoff's passing Fond memories of Geoff back in the late 50's Victory Square Nelson,New-years Eve playing the bugle on our roof Stewart's. met up with Geoff again when we moved to Greymouth. When he was involved with the Black Powder Club. Marilyn McKinney Westport.(nee Stewart)
