Geoffrey PEIRCE Obituary

After a short illness, Geoff passed away surrounded by his loving family at Dunstan Hospital on March 14, 2026, aged 78. A passionate fisherman, gardener, baker and coffee connoisseur, as well as an exceptionally skilled carpenter, he leaves behind his well-loved family. Much loved husband of Janette, loving father of Penelope and Sam and loved father-in-law of Mike and Courtney. He was treasured by his extended family, and the Millers Flat community. A loyal brother, brother-in-law, uncle, and great-uncle to many. A special thank you to everyone who gave support to Geoff during his illness, as well as his fantastic medical team across Dunedin Hospital, Dr Matt Born and the great team at Dunstan Hospital, and District Nurses Jane and Saskia.
