Gay CLEARWATER Obituary
CLEARWATER, Gay Maree:Passed away aged 65 years on June 5, 2022 after a long illness. Cherished daughter of the late Anne and Brian. Loved sister of the late Judith; sister and sister-in-law to Darrell and Brenda, and aunt to Brad and Jeanna. With special thanks to her husband Ido Funcke for the unwavering care and support as Gay fought bravely until the end.
No longer suffering.

Ido I am sorry for the loss of Gay. You will have some beautiful and lovely and funny memories to cherish.
Gay had compassion for people and had an infectious laughter.

Dear Ido
My deepest sympathy on the passing of Gay.
I know how special you were to each other and to lose her so soon is heartbreaking.
Unfortunately I did not learn of Gay's death until later this morning or I would have been there offering support. In fact I was gaving lunch with Amy Zhang and we offered a prayer for you both.
I remember Gay as a kind and compassionate person, always ready to go the extra mile for her patients. She had a ready laugh and smile which endeared her to me.v
I met Gay through her sister Judith, whom I had known from school days.
In time the tragedy of illness will pass too and you will be able to remember all the wonderful times and love you shared together.
