MILLS, Gavin Thomas:It is with deep sadness but with peace in our hearts, on Friday, November 5, 2021, Gavin passed away. A much loved husband for 62 years to Helen, beloved father and father-in-law of Kerin and Tony, Brent and Sharon, Dean and Sugar, Megan and Brent, much loved poppa of Simon, Adam, Gemma, Hamish, Katie, Kenjie, Charlotte, and Max, treasured great-poppa of Chloe, Jack, Thomas, Billie, and Samantha.

The family wish to thank all the wonderful staff at Ballarat Care Home for their amazing Palliative care given to Gavin. Messages may be addressed to The Family of the late Gavin Mills, c/- PO Box 39001, Christchurch 8545. In lieu of flowers, donations to Cancer Research Trust would be appreciated and may be made at the service or www.cancerresearchgtrustnz.org.nz. Due to current restrictions on large gatherings, Gavin's service will be private, with invitations personally extended by the family.
