McKAY, Gavin John:
The family of the much loved late Gavin John McKay (Boss) wish to acknowledge those who have shown compassionate medical care during Gavin's long journey - Ben Lawrence (Canopy Cancer Care, Epsom); Michelle Vaughan (St George's Cancer Care, Christchurch) and her wonderful caring support team; Professor David Morris (St George Hospital, Sydney) and caring staff; Nurse Maude Home Care and Hospice who were thoroughly professional and extremely compassionate to Gavin and the whole family; Father Simon Eccleton who was heaven sent and a true miracle offering compassion and gentle guidance. Please accept this as a personal acknowledgement and grateful thanks to those who sent beautiful flowers, heartfelt messages, baking and enduring prayers. We also appreciate the incredible support from family, friends and neighbours. We are very grateful to Lamb and Hayward, Nicky and the team.
