Gary CAMPBELL Obituary

Surrounded by his family and their love, Gary passed away at home on July 20, 2024 aged 66 years, after a short battle with cancer. Son of the late John Warren and Doreen Ida Campbell, brother and brother-in-law of the late John, Ron and Jude, Donald, Maree and Tony, and the late Robbie. Husband of Janette, stepfather of Garth Milesi, father and father-in-law of Ian and Laura, Craig and Nessie, grandfather (Gaga) of Xavier and Mia, Giovanni and Aliyyah, Esther, Orson, and Lily and great-grandfather of Miles. Brother-in-law to Greg and Sharon Milesi, Annie and the late Shocker Stewart, and Ken. Loved and respected nephew, cousin, uncle, and great-uncle to many. The family would like to thank all the people who have supported Gary and the family during his illness, including our friends, the staff at Christchurch Hospital, Woodham Road Pharmacy, and the Nurse Maude Palliative Care team. The memorial service for Gary will be held in the Kereru Sports and Culture Club, 71 Domain Terrace, Spreydon, on Sunday, July 28, 2024, at 2.30pm.
